Being at the side of its distributors, improving their knowledge of the company's Therapeutic Solutions and supporting them in organising workshops and training focused on MLS® Laser Therapy and Hilterapia®, is part of ASA's development strategy.
A strategy that makes continuous training its cornerstone.
This was confirmed by the recent visit to Taiwan (1-8 August), during which, in addition to meeting local dealers Epoch and Gaia Genomics for in-depth sessions with their teams, the ASA staff engaged with new potential customers.
"Having the opportunity to explain our therapies and our devices directly on site with the support of our partners - explains Beniamino Caruso, ASA Export Area Manager - is an important added value as it allows us to build relationships of trust. Trust that must not only be earned, but also maintained". Drawing upon this awareness, the company periodically visits its customers, asking for observations and feedback, so as to improve its devices and services.
“During this mission, for example, we reached a small hospital near Pingtung, which uses the M6 robotic laser device mainly for the treatment of wounds and burns, and a hospital in Taichung. This facility has been equipped with an SH1 for two years: to refresh the knowledge of Hilterapia® of those present, we also held a short refresher course, during which further indications were provided to enhance its use”.
The tour also allowed us to reach other users of the ASA solutions: in Taipei where the Mphi 75 laser is used to treat university athletes, sports and university clinics in Tainan, equipped respectively with Mphi 75, M6, Hiro 3.0 and HIRO TT.
“During our trip, we also chaired a customer meeting which focused on the use of MLS® in the field of sports and on Hilterapia® and was attended by 50 doctors and physical therapists. What also caught their attention was the opportunity to view and touch the MiS, HIRO TT, M6 and Mphi 75 devices first hand” says Caruso.
