Ecuador: theoretical-practical course for laser therapy and magnetotherapy

They came from all the provinces of Ecuador, the physiotherapists and physiatrists that on 27 and 28 July in Quito Ecuador attended the ‘Curso Internacional: aplicaciones y casos clinicos de magnetoterapia y laserterapia’ (International Course: applications and clinical cases of magnetotherapy and laser therapy) organized by ASA in collaboration with the Intermedica distributor.

Spread over two days, the first one was dedicated to the presentation of MLS^® Laser Therapy and Magnetotherapy and the second one focused on Hilterapia^®; the course combined a theoretical section with a practical one with the treatment of some real cases. 

‘For the hands-on section,’ explains Karla Salazar, ASA Export Area Manager, ‘we could also count on a footballer suffering from some feet problems that were promptly solved using Hilterapia^®. The opportunity to verify concretely the use of our therapies confirms to be extremely important among the professionals, who, in direct contact, were also able to ask questions to the speakers in order to dispel doubts or get some tips on the best use of our therapeutic solutions.’ 

The presence of ASA’s flagship devices for laser therapy and magnetotherapy during the workshops represented a further added value, allowing the participants to experience how easy it is to use them. 

‘We received a more than positive feedback from those present, who also provided us with valid suggestions on subjects to cover for future courses. Yet another demonstration of how training is highly appreciated by professionals who want to improve their professionalism.’
