The very first showcase for the presentation of the new ASA devices, starting with M-Hi, could only be Medica 2023 (Düsseldorf – 13/16 November). Stemming from the company’s R&D department, the system represents a revolution for the MLS^® Laser Therapy family. Even the Hilterapia^® and Magnetoterapia Qs Therapeutic Solutions range has been renewed with a major all-round restyling involving HIRO, PMT Qs and EASY Qs.

One of the milestone events on the calendar to celebrate ASA’s 40^th anniversary was a visit to the parent company El.En., of which the company has been a part since 2003. The entire company staff was hosted at the headquarters of the multinational company in Calenzano (Florence) and involved in a series of interesting activities: from a factory tour to in-depth discussions on the development and use of lasers in non-medical contexts, plus a table football tournament involving six mixed teams. 

The ASA family is growing and now has 69 employees thanks to the addition of new resources in various departments, especially in the Sales and Customer Services department. The company also repositioned some key figures - the EMEA Sales Manager for the veterinary segment and the USA/CA Area Manager - with the aim of maximising sales targets for 2024.

Real benefits are gained, whether for the treatment of Osteoporosis and hemiparesis or Lateral epicondylitis, when using Hilterapia^® in the first case, or Hilt^® pulse and MLS^® Laser Therapy in the second. This is highlighted by two recent studies that complement other research focusing on acute unilateral paralysis.
