A study published in Lasers in Medical Science investigated the efficacy of MLS® Laser Therapy for patients affected by one side acute facial palsy treated with the M6 robotic device.
The results confirm that MLS®, combined with massage and facial exercises, significantly improves motor and social functions and reduces the degree of facial nerve paralysis. In particular, applying MLS® proved to have significant effect compared with the control group which underwent Sham-Laser.
