2021: THE YEAR OF THE RESTART WAS A RECORD-BREAKING ONE

2021 was an unprecedented season for ASA, which closed the year with excellent results and awards:
  • +22% of turnover compared to 2019;
  • significant increase of the number of devices produced and distributed worldwide;
  • a calendar full of training activities carried out remotely and in person;
  • international awards for the new M-VET device.
The results collected from the customer satisfaction analysis were also positive: the interviewed therapists, doctors, veterinarians, and business partners rated the reliability of the products, the clinical results, and the provided support as excellent.

NEW AWARDS FOR M-VET

INTERNATIONAL SUCCESS

The MLS® Laser Therapy device for animal health – the result of an integrated study between ASA and AMV Design – in addition to being chosen for publication in the ADI Design Index 2021, was also a winner at the IDA 2021 (International Design Awards). 2 medals and 2 honourable mentions were awarded to the intuitive software interface and to the visual and multimedia communication project developed in collaboration with D’Orsi Studio.

ASA RESUMES IN-PERSON TRAINING

No more only remote webinars for ASA’s training, which, after a season marked by remote and ‘hybrid’ training, resumes in-person workshops. From Italy to Spain to Saudi Arabia, the first ‘live’ meetings, intended for physiotherapists and doctors of clinics and hospitals, focused on the benefits of Hilterapia®, how to make the most of HIRO 3.0, and ASA’s global approach, valuable strategy to enhance the effectiveness of the HILT® pulse and MLS® Laser Therapy.
The therapies were also featured at the ASA stand at Arab Health 2022, the main trade fair of the sector in the Middle East.
 

ASA & CUOA BUSINESS SCHOOL

A VALUABLE PARTNERSHIP IN THE NAME OF LEAN MANAGEMENT

After having already been at the centre of one of the lessons of the sixteenth edition of the CUOA Master in Lean Management, the ‘ASA Lean’ case is again proposed as an example of success within the same program. During the on-stage meeting, the participants viewed the steps that led the company to minimize waste thanks to a substantial revision of its modus operandi and to concretely put into practice the procedures learned on a theoretical level.
